These consulting services can include: Site visits for organization reviews, project reviews, issue and risk identification, action planning, mentoring, and training Debrief sessions to management Reviewing process descriptions and procedures Telephone and e-mail support We conduct periodic site visits to review progress, and to identify and address issues. The frequency and duration of the site visits are driven by the rate of progress against the established schedule. Site visits focus on identifying specific issues or potential problems which may adversely affect the schedule, progress or ultimate success of the CMMI program.
